Does the phone's charge percentage matter when charging with the Pilbull charger?
– All latest generation phones have Lithium Polymer batteries. While the battery is charging, the charge percentage goes from 0 to 100; 0-30% charging time is short, 30-60% is medium, 60-100% is late charging and naturally this affects the charging time.
